Through the support and the coordinated medical care that you provided for her, you made it possible for her to live out her life as she wished.

You provided excellent services from helping her pay bills, arranging for home health aides, cleaning,  preparing and shopping for her, as well as arranging nursing care in her time of need. You were there in emergency situations.

Dear Chuck and Sophia,

Please accept this letter of recommendation for the service you provided in our family’s time of need.

My family and I would like to thank you for all you have done to care for my Aunt Lillian. She was a part of my family growing up in the Chicago area and we became very close during that time. She moved to Florida in the 1950’s and lived near her sister in the Lake Worth area. As time progressed, she found herself living alone in the Boynton Beach area. It soon became apparent that she would need professional care for health reasons. She developed many friendships in her neighborhood, but she had no other relatives to help her there. Since I still live and work in the Chicago area, it was very difficult for me to provide assistance.

Your service filled our need to take care of her daily living requirements. You arranged for housekeeping care, food deliveries, nursing assistance, bill paying, and transportation to and from health care providers. Your frequent contact with her was assuring to us. You not only took care of her physical needs but you also provided loving assistance to someone who was alone and without relatives nearby.

You kept in close contact with us at all times and we came to trust and rely on you. Your integrity was never in doubt at any time. We commend you for your professionalism and your willingness to “go that extra mile” to help in any way possible.

Aunt Lill  passed away in February, and you also provided help with the necessary details and provided support in our time of need. She lived a good and satisfying life for 92 years and we thank you for dignifying her last months and, more importantly, for providing support and reassurance when needed.
